This class teaches you the core fundamentals of kickboxing, but at a great High Intensity rate. This is a fat-burning, muscle-building workout that blends striking with interval training. You'll strike with jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, and perform front kicks, side kicks, and roundhouse kicks. On top of that, you will supplement these movements with kettle-bells based exercises, calisthenics, and plyometric movements; allowing you to achieve ultimate fitness all in under an hr. Don't be surprised to see that you will burn between 600 and 800 calories in one 50 minute class. This class is for all age, gender, and current fitness levels!
